🔄 Return Window

Most items can be returned within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery (as shown on tracking).

✅ Eligibility Requirements

Items must be unused, in original condition
Must be returned in original packaging with all accessories and tags
Proof of purchase (order number) is required

⚠️ Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will provide instructions for a free replacement or full refund (including original shipping costs when the issue is our responsibility).

📦 Return Process

Email service@sbhomeco.com with your order number and reason for return
Wait for approval and return instructions (including return address)
Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange

💰 Refund Timeline

Refunds are issued to your original PayPal account within 5–10 business days after inspection and approval.

Change-of-mind returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
Defective / damaged / incorrect items: We cover return shipping where possible or issue a full refund including original shipping
